After earning my degree in Art History and Design, I spent years working in luxury hospitality, perfecting the art of crafting seamless, unforgettable experiences. I learned that it’s not just about aesthetics—it’s about telling a story, weaving together elements that make every guest feel seen, cherished, and inspired. For this enchanting outdoor wedding, the theme was "under the stars meets secret garden." Sophia designed a celestial-inspired ceremony with a custom-built arch adorned with cascading wisteria, twinkling fairy lights, and gold accents to evoke a starlit sky. The reception featured a sophisticated palette of navy, blush, and metallic gold, with custom calligraphy menus and starry table runners. Guests enjoyed a five-course farm-to-table dinner under a canopy of string lights and an after-dinner surprise of gourmet s’mores by a fire pit. This project showcased Sophia’s ability to blend romance and creativity into a flawless, memorable event.

Danielle wanted a chic, city-inspired celebration for her milestone birthday, and Sophia delivered. The evening began with cocktails on the terrace, where guests admired stunning city skyline views. The indoor space was transformed with modern floral arrangements featuring deep burgundies and lush greenery, mirrored tablescapes, and personalized details like embossed leather place cards. A custom signature cocktail menu, a live jazz trio, and an interactive dessert station completed the sophisticated yet fun vibe. This event was a testament to Sophia’s ability to create bespoke celebrations that perfectly reflect her clients’ style and vision.

For Olivia and Mark’s 10th wedding anniversary, Sophia curated an intimate evening for 20 of their closest family and friends. Held at a picturesque vineyard, the event featured long farm tables adorned with lush, organic centerpieces of seasonal blooms and soft candlelight. Guests enjoyed a curated wine pairing menu alongside heartfelt speeches, followed by an outdoor movie screening under the stars with cozy blankets and gourmet popcorn. Thoughtful touches like personalized wine bottles as party favors and handwritten thank-you notes exemplified Sophia’s knack for weaving meaningful details into every celebration.
